Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied, I will be happy to offer a full refund (less shipping fees) or exchange for another item within 30 days of purchase. I also offer extended holiday gift returns and exchanges. If the item was purchased between November 15th and December 31st it can be exchanged or refunded until January 31st. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Custom orders and items that have been re-sized are non-returnable.

Please properly package your item in a padded envelope or shipping box and use a shipping method that can be tracked. The customer assumes the return shipping and insurance cost except in cases the item had arrived damaged or the wrong order was received. If an item arrived damaged please contact me upon receipt of your order. 

Returns will be made back to the original form of payment or a gift card less shipping expenses.
